Split-Decoded Access Controller
Traditional keypads house their relay switches internally - making them vulnerable to tampering. The ACRDR101 Split-Decoded Access Controller enhances security by moving the logic and relays away from the public keypad, preventing forced access through exposed wiring.
Instead of directly triggering a door lock, the keypad or reader sends encrypted data to the ACRDR101, which is safely installed in a secure area. Only when valid credentials are received - via RFID card, keypad code, or remote control - does the decoder trigger the appropriate output.
Key Features:
- High-Security Split-Decoded Architecture: Protects against keypad tampering and relay bypassing
- Multiple Credential Support: Decodes RFID cards, keyfobs, keypad codes, and remote signals
- 3 Output Relays: Control multiple doors or access points
- Integrated Features: Built-in door chime, tamper alarm, and 2 remote controls included
- Advanced Inputs: Terminals for duress, egress, interlock, and external alarms
- Custom Lockout Logic: Locks out access after repeated failed attempts
- Scalable: Supports up to 40 remote controls
Ideal for securing entry points in commercial, industrial, or multi-tenant environments where tamper protection is critical
